3) Cookies

In order to make visiting our website more attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your end device and enable us or our partner companies to recognise your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies). You can set your browser in such a way that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually about their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website may be limited.

4) Use of social plugins

4.1 Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins

In order to increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, the plugins are integrated into the page using a so-called "2-click" or "Shariff" solution. This integration ensures that when you call up a page of our website that contains such plugins, no connection is yet established with the Facebook servers. Only when you activate the plugins and thus give your consent to the data transfer, does your browser establish a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the respective plugin is transmitted directly to your browser and integrated into the page. The plugin then transmits data (including your IP address) to Facebook. We have no influence on the scope of the data that Facebook collects with the help of the plugins. As far as we are aware, Facebook receives information about which of our websites you are currently visiting and which you have visited previously. By integrating the plugins, Facebook also receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website if you do not have a profile on Facebook or are not currently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook and displayed to your contacts there.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, can be found in Facebook's privacy policy at http://www.facebook.com/policy.php.

If you are a member of the Facebook social network and would like to limit the collection of data about our websites and the merging of your user data with the data stored about you by the Facebook social network, you should log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of Facebook plugins for the future with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the "Facebook Blocker", available at http://webgraph.com/resources/facebookblocker/.

4.2

4.2 Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the social network Google+, which is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). You can find an overview of the Google plugins and their appearance here: https://developers.google.com/+/plugins.

In order to increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, the plugins are integrated into the page using a so-called "2-click" or "Shariff" solution. This integration ensures that when you call up a page of our website that contains such plugins, no connection is yet established with Google's servers. Your browser only establishes a direct connection to Google's servers when you activate the plugins and thus give your consent to the transmission of data. The content of the respective plugin is transmitted directly to your browser and integrated into the page. The plugin then transmits data (including your IP address) to Google. We have no influence on the scope of the data that Google collects with the help of the plugins. To the best of our knowledge, Google receives information about which of our websites you are currently visiting and which you have previously visited. By integrating the plugins, Google also receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website if you do not have a profile on Google+ or are not currently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "+1" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Google server and stored there. The information is also published on Google+ and displayed there to your contacts.

For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Google, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Google's privacy policy at http://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html.

If you are a member of the Google+ social network and would like to limit the collection of data about our websites and the aggregation of your user data with data stored about you by the Google+ social network, you should log out of Google+ before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of Google plugins with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).

4.3 The Seller's pages use so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the social network Pinterest, which is operated by Pinterest Inc., 635 High Street, Palo Alto, CA, 94301, USA ("Pinterest"). When you call up a page of the seller that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Pinterest servers. The plugin transmits so-called log data to the Pinterest server in the USA. This log data may contain the IP address, the address of the websites visited that have Pinterest functions, the type and settings of the browser, the date and time of the request, how you use Pinterest and cookies. For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Pinterest, as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to the Pinterest data protection information: https://about.pinterest.com/de/privacy-policy

4.4 Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") of the microblogging service Twitter, which is operated by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA ("Twitter"). You can find an overview of the Twitter plugins and their appearance here: https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons

In order to increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, the plugins are integrated into the page using a so-called "2-click" or "Shariff" solution. This integration ensures that when you call up a page of our website that contains such plugins, no connection is yet established with the servers of Twitter. Only when you activate the plugins and thus give your consent to the data transfer, does your browser establish a direct connection to the servers of Twitter. The content of the respective plugin is transmitted directly to your browser and integrated into the page. The plugin then transmits data (including your IP address) to Twitter. We have no influence on the scope of the data that Twitter collects with the help of the plugins. As far as we are aware, Twitter receives information about which of our websites you are currently visiting and which you have visited previously. By integrating the plugins, Twitter also receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website if you do not have an account with Twitter or are not currently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted by your browser directly to a Twitter server in the USA and stored there. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Tweet" button, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Twitter server and stored there. The information is also published on Twitter and displayed there on your Twitter account.

For the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Twitter, as well as your rights in this respect and setting options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Twitter's privacy policy at https://twitter.com/privacy.

If you are a member of the Twitter social network and would like to limit the collection of data via our websites and the merging of your user data with the data stored about you by the Twitter social network, you should log out of Twitter before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the loading of Twitter plugins with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the script blocker "NoScript" (http://noscript.net/).

5) Use of Google AdSense

This website uses Google AdSense, a web advertising service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google AdSense uses so-called "DoubleClick DART Cookies" ("Cookies"), which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. In addition, Google AdSense also uses so-called "web beacons" (small invisible graphics) to collect information, through the use of which simple actions such as visitor traffic on the website can be recorded, collected and analysed. The information generated by the cookie and/ or web beacon (including your IP address) about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google uses the information thus obtained to carry out an evaluation of your usage behaviour with regard to the AdSense ads. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google AdSense will not be merged with other Google data. The information collected by Google may be transferred to third parties where required to do so by law, and/or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. You may refuse the use of cookies for advertising purposes by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, or by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=de Please note that certain functions of this website may not be available or may only be available to a limited extent if you have objected to the use of cookies.

6) Use of Google AdWords conversion tracking

This website uses the online advertising programme "Google AdWords" and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we will be able to recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across AdWords customers' websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. The customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can object to this use by easily deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie via your internet browser under user settings. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
