Shipping costs Germany / Europe

Germany: Please see the table below for the staggered shipping costs to Germany (except islands). You can view the current shipping costs for your order at any time in the shopping cart. If the purchase price of your order exceeds the amount of 89€ (incl. VAT) according to the shopping cart, we will deliver to Germany free of shipping costs.

Shipping worldwide

For delivery to an address outside the European Union and the Canary Islands, please contact our customer service at service@deliola.com or tel: +34 971 05 98 52 or by WhatsApp  on the same number.

Deliveries to Switzerland are not yet possible.

Terms of delivery

Delivery in Germany is usually made with DHL. Service point delivery is only offered with UPS. If you order by 12 noon on weekdays, we will send your parcel on the next working day, provided that the desired items are in stock.

Delivery to Germany usually takes 3-6 working days. Please note that the delivery time to other countries may vary. 

Deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland or the UK) are VAT-free.

Terms of payment

Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay or Sofortüberweisung.

Credit card

When you place your order, you simultaneously transmit your credit card details to us. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, we request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

PayPal

During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction to PayPal. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.

Sofort by Klarna

After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH, where you confirm the payment instruction. This concludes the contract with us.

Amazon Pay

In the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon even before completing the ordering process in our online shop. There you can select the delivery address and payment method saved with Amazon and confirm the payment instruction to Amazon. You will then be redirected back to our online shop where you can complete the ordering process. After submitting the order, we request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction and thereby accept your offer.
